Tom works with a large team of professional construction estimators throughout Florida with extensive knowledge and expertise in determining accurate loss estimates.

Should you need legal counsel
Unfortunately, there are times that the insurance company tactics make settling a claim difficult and you may choose to use legal counsel, which in many cases (particularly large commercial ones) will expedite the positive conclusion of your claim.

If so, we will refer you to law firms with extensive experience as trial lawyers specializing in litigation against insurance companies representing only the plaintiffs. Whether this is a private residence or commercial property damage we will refer you to the appropriate firm(s). All of the these firms will have had previous experience with hurricane/disaster loss and recovery.

Fees for legal services are a small percentage of the claim settlement and are usually offset by their ability to obtain a much higher settlement than you would on your own.
